Directly fuelled with a single-stage or two-stage fully automatic gas burner for natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas. The exhaust-gas blower mounted on the equipment ensures a constant vacuum in the radiant tube, so permitting ideal combustion and, in conjunction with a double-tube system, resulting in the smallest possible exhaust-gas pipe diameter.

 

The combined intake-air/exhaust-gas system preheats the combustion air to approx. 30K, thereby enabling faultless combustion in terms of energy. The stream of exhaust gas is monitored by a differential-pressure switch.

 

The waste gases are carried through the U-shaped radiant tube and, together with the aluminium reflector caps, generate an agreeable radiation of heat. The burner tube is made of stainless steel. With a gas-pressure regulator (maximum admission pressure 50 m bar and a minimum flow pressure of 20 m bar) and safety fittings, directly ignited burners and monitoring by flame ionization detector.
